Jack Alcott was spotted on 4/28 shooting scenes alongside his new co-star Nona Parker Johnson.
Filming continues for Dexter: Resurrection Season 2, and it looks like Day 12 of production was a pretty interesting one, as scenes were shot in Washington Park, right in the heart of New York City, giving local photographers another opportunity to capture some great shots. Following the recent images of Dan Stevens in action, this time the spotlight shifts to Jack Alcott and Nona Parker Johnson.
Both actors, who based on the official details we have about Johnson’s character Fiona Mixon actually are expected to be a couple, were spotted filming a specific scene, and they were both wearing the exact same outfit, a police uniform, once again confirming the significant career move Harrison has made.
The image at the top of this article shows the actor sharing a handshake with a woman, possibly a member of the production team, but it looks like the action mainly took place right at the doorstep of that home.
Before checking out more set photos captured by New York photographer Jose Perez/Bauer-Griffin, there was also an image shared on X by a passerby Steve B, showing Alcott and Johnson fully in character while the cameras were rolling, with Harrison and Fiona seemingly questioning a house tenant, possibly about whether they’ve seen a suspect.
In the image below, you can see the tenant is Asian, and the boom mic hovering above Alcott’s head confirms that filming was actually taking place at that moment.
Going back to the photos taken by the professional photographer, we can see the two actors a bit farther from the house, this time between takes, relaxing and in a good mood, smiling as they talk. The camera setup is positioned right in front of them, which actually means that the scene involves the two sharing a conversation either before or after the interrogation.
Unlike the first look at Harrison in Season 2, which revealed that he joined the NYPD, the image below gives us a full view of his police uniform, where he carries a gun, pepper spray, and of course a taser, along with other things.
While Michael C. Hall wasn’t spotted in any of the nearby images, it is actually worth noting that just a few feet away, Dan Stevens was filming his own scenes (check the images we shared earlier here), which probably means that the case Harrison and Fiona are working on could be connected to Owen Stark, also known as The Five Borough Killer.
Even though no other actors were seen alongside Jack Alcott apart from Nona Parker Johnson, his new love interest in the series, the actor did have a special visitor on set, his wife. In case you didn’t know, the 29-year-old actor who plays Harrison recently married 24-year-old actress Izabela Vidovic. Between takes, the couple posed together on set, as shown in the pic below.
