On Tuesday, during the UBS Global’s media conference in New York, Paramount Global CEO Bob Bakish suggested that Showtime is no longer capable of standing on its own within the company. He also revealed that Paramount is planning to franchise out some Showtime IP in the upcoming year. And considering the huge success of Dexter: New Blood which was the most watched TV show in the history of Showtime, a prequel or a spinoff series announcement is just around the corner!

Brad William Henke, a famous television actor who appeared in tons of TV shows though the years died on Tuesday in his sleep. The cause of death was not provided. On Dexter he appeared in four episodes of the first season back in 2006 in the role of Tony Tucci. His character worked as a night watchman at the Miami Blades Ice Hockey Stadium, and he was initially suspected of being the main villain of the season, aka 'The Ice Truck Killer'.
