We’re officially less than a month away from the premiere of Dexter: Resurrection Season 2, which means the promotional campaign for the new season is now in full swing.
Things peaked last week with the release of the full trailer and the official key art, but it looks like the promotion is continuing this week as well, and this time it includes a series of fun featurettes featuring the stars of the show.
The first one for Dexter: Resurrection Season 2 has now been released on Paramount+’s official social media accounts, and it features two legacy stars playing a classic board game together, but with a very... Dexter twist!
Michael C. Hall and Desmond Harrington Play ‘Guess Who?’
Michael C. Hall and Desmond Harrington, who is returning as a series regular for the upcoming season, sat down for a new featurette recorded on June 25, 2026 at a place that looks like a kill room, to play Guess Who?, a game many of us probably remember from our childhood.
But instead of the usual random faces found on the classic version of the game, this one actually features the names and faces of various Dexter characters from across the franchise.
During the video, we get to see the two actors clearly enjoying their time together, which isn’t surprising considering the decades-old friendship they have built since their time on the original Dexter. Both actors are New Yorkers in real life, and their long friendship is obvious throughout the video, especially in the many laughs they share while playing the game.
As for the characters featured in this special version of Guess Who?, there are quite a few familiar faces, including Debra, Harry, Arthur Mitchell, Batista, and even The Tattoo Collector, played by Neil Patrick Harris.
For those unfamiliar with Guess Who?, each player picks a secret character card from a deck featuring 24 different faces, while both players actually have identical boards displaying all 24 characters. The players then take turns asking a single yes-or-no question about the secret character’s appearance, such as, “Does your character wear a hat?”
Based on the answer, they flip down all the characters that no longer match the clues, slowly elimnating the possibilities from their board. Once a player thinks they know the answer, they can make their final guess. Get it right, and they win the game.
But... there’s one important question when it comes to this particular version of Guess Who. And that is which one of the two Dexter stars came out on top? Check out the full video above to see who takes the win.
This is likely just the first of many behind-the-scenes featurettes that Paramount+ will release across the official Dexter social media accounts as we get closer to the Season 2 premiere and, of course, as the new season progresses.
