Michael C. Hall’s Band Princess Goes Releases New Single “French Kiss” With Visualizer — Watch

Ahead of the release of Princess Goes’ third album this fall, the band has released a brand-new single.

2026 has been a very busy year for Michael C. Hall. Not only has he been filming the new season of Dexter: Resurrection for the past four months, but he has also been working on the new album from his band, Princess Goes.

Now, fans have gotten another taste of what is coming, as the band released a brand-new single on August 12 across all major streaming platforms. The song is called "French Kiss", and at six minutes long, it is one of the band's longest tracks to date.

Judging by its style and potentially its theme, it is easy to imagine "French Kiss" finding its way into an episode of Dexter: Resurrection. It could even appear during a scene or in the end credits, as Princess Goes' music has already been featured twice before. Once in the end credits of Dexter: New Blood, while another in the end credits of Dexter: Resurrection Season 1, Episode 5.

And with Michael C. Hall currently filming Season 2, it wouldn't be surprising to hear more of his band's music in the show.

Princess Goes Announces Its Third Album

Along with the release of "French Kiss," we also learned the name and release date of Princess Goes' upcoming album.

The album will actually be titled "3", fittingly marking the band's third studio album, and it is set to be released on October 30, 2026. The timing is particularly interesting, as Dexter: Resurrection Season 2 is expected to be airing weekly around that time.

The visualizer for "French Kiss" was filmed by band member Peter Yanowitz, with editing and EFX by Andy Yanowitz.
