Brad William Henke Who Played Tony Tucci In Dexter Season 1 Dies at 56

The late actor appeared in four episodes of Dexter's debut season in 2006.

Brad William Henke, a famous television actor who appeared in tons of TV shows though the years died on Tuesday in his sleep. The cause of death was not provided. On Dexter he appeared in four episodes of the first season back in 2006 in the role of Tony Tucci. His character worked as a night watchman at the Miami Blades Ice Hockey Stadium, and he was initially suspected of being the main villain of the season, aka 'The Ice Truck Killer'.

Born on April 10, 1966, in Columbus, Neb., Henke played college football at the University of Arizona, where he was team captain. In 1990, he played on the defensive line for the Denver Broncos in Super Bowl XXIV against the San Francisco 49ers. 

After sustaining injuries that forced him to retire from professional football in 1994, he began a career in acting and scored guest spots on such television series as “Chicago Hope,” “Silk Stockings,” “ER,” “Michael Hayes,” “Arli$$” and “The Pretender.” 

He later guested on “Law & Order,” “Life on Mars,” “Trust Me,” “Party Down,” “Royal Pains,” “Criminal Minds,” “Shameless,” “Grimm,” “Bones” and “Castle.” Other TV credits include “The Bridge,” “The Stand,” “Manhunt,” “The Office” and “The Chicago Code.”
