Set images taken during Week 20 of filming, will definitely have fans wondering what is going on.

The second season of Dexter: Resurrection is well into production, and with only a few weeks of filming left, some pretty exciting moments are taking place on the set. Among them is a recent batch of set images showing Michael C. Hall in an outfit we have never seen Dexter Morgan wear before.
More specifically, Backgrid, a celebrity news and paparazzi photo agency, actually spotted the Dexter: Resurrection star filming scenes that could potentially be for Episode 9 of Season 2. And one thing that definitely didn't go unnoticed was Hall's outfit.
The actor was seen dressed as his character in a dark blue emergency medical worker uniform. It included a button-down shirt with the letters "EMT" stitched on the right side of the chest, "FDNY" on the left side, and bright yellow patches on both upper arms.
But the outfit wasn't the only thing that caught our attention.
Dexter Morgan Is Seemingly Working as an EMT
Hall was also wearing a pair of tactical-style sunglasses, a look that definitely doesn't seem to fit Dexter's usual personality. For this particular sequence, Hall was photographed around an ambulance, suggesting that Dexter was actually on duty as an EMT.
The scene reportedly took place at a park in Manhattan, that had been transformed into a crime scene setting. That means Dexter Morgan was seemingly there in his role as a paramedic, rather than simply investigating something on his own.
Since Backgrid has very strict rules regarding the use of its images, we won't be sharing the photos here. However, the details above should give you a pretty good idea of what Michael C. Hall looked like on the set and, more importantly, what Dexter appears to have been up to.
This Isn't the First Surprising Job Dexter Has Had This Week
This is actually the second time within a week that we've gotten a surprising glimpse at what Dexter Morgan could be doing in Season 2.
Just last week, Hall was spotted doing a job that will be very familiar to longtime fans. He was seen working in forensics, complete with a new ID and other details that appeared to confirm that Dexter is now working with the NYPD.
Now, just a few days later, Hall has been spotted in a completely different role, wearing an outfit we've never seen Dexter wear anywhere in the history of the franchise.
So... what exactly is going on?
At this point, we don't know for sure. There could be a very specific reason why Dexter is posing as an EMT, especially considering the scene takes place at what appears to be a crime scene. It could also be connected to his work with the NYPD, or perhaps there's something much bigger happening.
Whatever the explanation may be, these latest set photos have definitely given fans another big piece of the Season 2 "puzzle." With filming now approaching its final weeks, hopefully we won't have to wait too much longer to find out how all of these surprising developments end up fitting into the story.
