A new week of production has begun for Dexter: Resurrection, the highly anticipated sequel series starring Michael C. Hall. While filming is primarily based in New York City, some scenes are also being shot on the city's outskirts.
So far, over ten actors have been confirmed for the series, which is set to premiere this summer 2025. Among the star-studded cast are Uma Thurman, Peter Dinklage, Ntare Guma Mbaho Mwine, Kadia Saraf, Dominic Fumusa, Emilia Suárez, Krysten Ritter, and Neil Patrick Harris. David Zayas was recently spotted on set, confirming his return alongside James Remar and Jack Alcott.
New Casting News: Rose Byrne & Meghann Fahy Join the Cast
The latest casting scoop reveals that Rose Byrne and Meghann Fahy have reportedly joined the cast of Dexter: Resurrection. While their roles remain undisclosed, a casting call from Project Casting hints that they will appear in a scene featuring Peter Dinklage’s character, Leon Prater.
This particular scene is scheduled to be filmed in Sands Point, NY, on Friday, March 14, and Monday, March 17, 2025. With production ramping up, we anticipate more details about their characters will emerge soon.
