Last week, Showtime revealed Dexter's new alias in a short video featuring his ID card from his new job in 'Fred's Fish and Game' where he's working as a sales associate. One day later, they released a 30-second teaser, showing everyone's favorite serial killer living in a quiet town named Iron Lake, having assumed the name Jim Lindsay.
The teaser introduces various town locals that have befriended him, calling him: Jim, Jimmy, Jimbo, and Mr. Lindsay. Sure, the fake name the writers picked for Dexter in season 9 isn't random at all.
