In partnership with the New York Blood Center, the actors celebrated the premiere in a unique way at the iconic landmark.

As anticipation builds for the premiere of Dexter: Resurrection, five cast members from the highly awaited sequel series took part in a unique and memorable promotional event in New York City.
Michael C. Hall (Dexter Morgan), David Zayas (Angel Batista), Jack Alcott (Harrison Morgan), James Remar (Harry Morgan), and Kadia Saraf (Claudette Wallace) came together to visit one of the most iconic landmarks in the world—the Empire State Building. In a symbolic gesture to celebrate the series premiere, the cast participated in a ceremonial lighting of the building in Dexter-inspired red.
The event was held in partnership with the New York Blood Center, one of the largest independent, community-based blood organizations in the United States. The collaboration was especially meaningful, as it highlights Dexter: Resurrection's theme of blood—while also supporting a real-world cause that saves lives by providing high-quality blood and stem cell products to hospitals and patients.
During the special lighting ceremony, the cast gathered to flip the switch, officially illuminating the Empire State Building in crimson. They then made their way to the building’s famed 86th-floor observation deck—about 1,250 feet (381 meters) above street level—where they posed for photos together with the breathtaking Manhattan skyline as a backdrop.
It was a heartwarming and symbolic reunion for the cast, many of whom have worked together since the original Dexter series debuted nearly two decades ago. The moment not only celebrated the premiere of Dexter: Resurrection but also reflected the enduring bond these actors continue to share.
