Official Synopsis for Dexter: Original Sin Episode 7 'The Big Bad Body Problem' Revealed

Showtime has unveiled the official synopsis for the upcoming episode of the Dexter prequel.

After a one-week hiatus, Dexter: Original Sin is back with an all-new episode, surprising fans who expected it last Friday. Episode 7 picks up right where Episode 6 left off, diving straight into the tension at Alligator Alley. Here, a 20-year-old Dexter Morgan is on his way to dispose of Levi Reed's body—a pivotal moment that officially marks his transformation into a serial killer.

This episode stands out not only for its gripping storyline but also for its shorter runtime. Written by the talented duo Katrina Mathewson and Tanner Bean (the minds behind Episode 2) and directed by former Chicago Fire star Monica Raymund, it promises the same high-stakes drama fans have come to expect.

Due to technical issues, the official episode description took longer than usual to appear on Paramount+’s website. But now, we’ve got it for you!

Here’s the synopsis for Episode 7, titled The Big Bad Body Problem:

“Dexter needs to find a new hiding place after his most recent dumping ground is blown. Harry and LaGuerta pitch a controversial theory to Spencer, as the hunt for a missing child continues.”

Episode 7, The Big Bad Body Problem, is now streaming exclusively on Paramount+ with the Showtime plan. Don’t miss this crucial chapter in Dexter Morgan’s origin story!
