First Look: Major Set Photos Released

Fans are in for a real treat today! Thanks to Backgrid and JustJared, we have a collection of set photos from the latest installment. Captured on January 27 during on-location filming in NYC, these images reveal some major spoilers.

Spoiler Alert: The following contains plot details from the set. Proceed with caution!

Michael C. Hall Returns as Dexter Morgan

The photos confirm Michael C. Hall’s return as Dexter Morgan, who appears to have fully recovered from the near-fatal shot delivered by Harrison in the New Blood finale. One striking image shows Dexter inside a camouflage-painted truck with a bold red leather interior. Joining him is none other than James Remar, reprising his role as Harry’s ghost, seated in the passenger seat.

Jack Alcott as Harrison Morgan

Jack Alcott was also spotted on set, reprising his role as Harrison Morgan. Interestingly, Harrison is seen in two distinct looks: one resembling his appearance in Dexter: New Blood, and another dressed as a bellhop, seemingly working at the iconic Empire Hotel in New York City. Could this hint at a major storyline shift for Harrison?
