Showtime's summary for the next episode of the Dexter prequel.
Dexter: Original Sin made its highly anticipated debut on Friday, and based on fan feedback, it's off to an amazing start. The series premiere, titled "And in the Beginning...", has garnered plenty of love in our poll here on Dexter Daily and on our Instagram poll.
So, what’s next? Unlike Episode 101, which focused primarily on events witnessed through flashbacks from Dexter Season 1, the upcoming episode, titled "Kid in a Candy Store", promises to move the story forward. Fans will dive into Dexter’s first days as an employee at Miami Metro, more crime scenes, and possibly even the introduction of this season's "big bad."
Below is the official synopsis for the next episode, written by Katie Mathewson and Tanner Bean, set to premiere on Friday, December 20:
"Dexter adjusts to his new job as a forensics intern at Miami Metro; Deb lashes out at her dad by engaging in petty criminal behavior."
