According to Grafton News, the property will serve as the fictional home of one of the main characters. Crews arrived in the area last week, in order to set up equipment, and spend a week after filming ends, to remove equipment.
During the filming, the Dexter set will be once again covered in fake snow to simulate a Christmas wintery scene, despite the warm Spring weather. Late-night shoots are planned as well.
