Latest From Zap2It - More Season 7 Premiere Scoop

Latest from Zap2it.com. Hit the jump below to read more scoop about the season 7 premiere of Dexter...

"Dexter": We have seen the Season 7 premiere, and trust us when we say it's worth the wait. As Deb and Dexter deal with the fallout from what Deb saw in the Season 6 finale, Miami Metro Homicide rallies around a death that hits close to home -- which acts as a nice diversion for Dexter. Except for one small problem he leaves behind, but it's just too good to spoil for you.

  1. Talking about Mike I guess. I don't want any more spoilers about the premiere, leave some surprises!

  4. why mike death would be big funny for dexter? he like and love to kill in his modus operandi but i never saw he become happy for it ...no make sense to me

  5. It's a "nice diversion" for Dexter because the cops attention will be focused on Mike's murder rather than the crime scene in the church.

    1. yes, thanks,,,you are rigth , but not diversion and yes, just a selfish idea that all ppl could feel when in dangererous
but is sure that is about mike anderson? i think is really mike

  6. Killing Quinn would've made more sense. Not the new guy - who no one has a connection with. Even a time jump after the church would make it forced.

Plus, Quinn was such a shitty cop.

    2. Oh, and yeah, yeah. I know Billy Brown got a new gig. Hence forced. Kill em both.

    1. Duh. I know Quinn lives. I said it would've made more sense to kill him instead or both to comply with Brown leaving. Quinn has been there longer and formed longer connections - makes more impact to fans and Miami Metro. He's not the new guy they just started getting to know. Quinn's also useless.

    2. Anderson also brought more to the show in in one episode about DDK's inspiration than Quinn has in 4 seasons. He's usually doubting Deb's instincts and theories, making dumb decisions, condescending, an asshole, dirty cop.

    3. Though Desmond Harrington could do a good job with Quinn if they just gave him the material. Doakes was an absolute douche, but there was enough backstory (particularly with Carlos Guerrero in the first season) to make him extremely watchable.

    2. Heisenberg says: "Relax."

The FBI found the blood slides (still with Dex' prints on them), Quinn has/had photos of Dex and Lumen drop a body into the ocean, Liddy watched Dex showing Lumen how to use his kill knive...

Just because LaGuerta realizes the BHB is still at large that doesn't mean that he gets caught. After all, this is Dexter, not Breaking Bad.

If this was Breaking Bad, Dexter could set up his own condo as a slaughterhouse, blast Slayer at 120db for a whole week while he trucked victims through on a conveyer-belt, and not cop would think to investigate!

    8. Either that, or someone who takes themselves way too seriously and can't appreciate a little bit of fun. ;)

Sometimes people are born with this condition where the brain mixes up signals between the optic never and the asshole, and they end up with a shitty outlook!

    9. that your idea of fun? you sound like a broken record:"jesse blasting out music with his meth buddies and no cop bothers to check blah blah blah". SO? same fucking comment over and over again. we read it, already. that the best you could come up with? if we tell you that you're the smartest here, will you cool down?

I have no idea why my opinions and viewpoints get under your skin to this degree, but you really need to get yourself under control before you have a mental breakdown.

I like Breaking Bad, and I love Dexter, but I enjoy poking fun at silly scenes in TV shows. Jessie's party, and the ridiculous scene with Dexter gnawing off his ropes in the boat last year during the "Lake of Fire" sequence - well, both of them touched my "silly button" and I will continue to cringe at those sequences and make fun of them as long as I wish. :)

  9. I'm a little saddened that they're going to kill off Mike Anderson. I know he was only in one season, but he was a great actor, and a nice little addition to Miami Metro :(

    1. Seems like based on spoilers filtering out by critics, cast members (which Lauren Velez split about slide), there's nothing left except seeing it all.

  13. I miss the older seasons (s1 & s2) when Dexter used to fake being happy all the time. What ever happened to bringing donuts?? He was a completely different person back then...

  14. i guess the donuts got stale
