#2: Debra's beltin second picture is completely different from the one she wore in the season 6 finale

    1. Those are promotional photos and not screenshots from the actual footage. For example we can see light shining through the windows although the scene takes place at night.

PS: The first two aren't new and the third one isn't really a spoiler.

  2. they didnt pay colin hanks to lay there did they? It has to be a dummy right? The last picture looks like a dummy? And ditto where is the slice on his cheek? Oh well.

    1. Remember the hooker killed by the Tooth Fairy? There is a video on YouTube where you can see her breathing.

On the other hand they needed a dummy for the stabbing scene anyway, so I don't think it's actually Colin Hanks.

  3. You can't see the entire cheek, and wouldn't Dexter do what he could to hide his trademark cheek cut from Deb. The belt could be a funny angle. Mr Optimist here. :)

    1. I wouldn't worry about the cheeck cut: Most BHB victims had been in the water for along time plus nobody rembered that naked woman they found on the scrapyard in season 1 (the scene with that little Cuban boy) when thy were investigating the BHB case.

The real problem are the knives, which are exactly like the knives found with Doakes' prints on them.

  4. "Dexter, where did you get all the fine kitchenware, including the one protruding out of Travis, and why did you bring it to the crime scene?" :D

  5. Just noticed Travis's head is on a bible.. Nice.

LOL at the hooker from the Tooth guy, i saw them putting her on the rocks in Long Beach and it killed the scene for me

  6. It is supposed to be Hanks, the face is completely covered by a skin coloured mask, you can see the edges where it doesn't match the body, it is just a double so they can shoot the seen where they torch the place - the other is the flashback when Deb was tied down, getting some memories back of Dex being there? They were there, but they were too close? And the Tooth Fairy that some people liked from last year? I was repulsed in every way possible! Yuk! And the Tooth Fairy was a serial killer from the Red Dragon in the Hannibal Series, well like we were saying on the other blog, there are no new ideas....

  7. It is a shot where they can use Hank's face-over, the scene with Deb was from the ice truck year when Dex killed his brother. I just read a great article, producers and showrunners were interviewed, they don't think much of the viewing public, those of you who got a 'snob' vibe from Scott Buck, well tis true, they think we are less intelligent forms of life that they have to cater to, Mr.Buck, we caught onto your stupid plot last year that Geller was really dead and you were in over your head before you knew it, scrambling into hasty on-set rewrites. Hanks wasn't supposed to die, if you watch 6, divide the show in half, from Nebraska on you are watching a different show. They were aiming for a sympathetic Dexter, who would find out that Hanks was sick, and after talking with Brother Sam, it was a complete foreshadowing of when BS was in the chapel and decided not to 'mess that guy up' and he didn't at the time know if it was God, but he felt that when he walked out of that chapel, he had never felt better in his life. They finally realize the real ending, the big twist that Geller is dead, Hanks is doing this because he is sick (he was told when hired that Dexter would NOT BE KILLING HIM) and Dexter, because of the impact of the talks he has had with BS, so wonderfully played by Mos Def (Jasmin Bay) we are dragged through the stupidest episode on record, Nebraska, and come back to literally bury BS! They continued with some of it, that maybe Dad had jumped the gun and Dex didn't have to be programmed into being a killing machine, but two visits to a therapist and you are in love with your brother? Oh please! and now we need a real cliff hanger, not a better Dexter, which is where the show has been going, his development as a whole person, we are thrown into the worst ending ever put over on Dexter fans, he would knock himself out with his son in Hank's arms with a sword?

  8. Yeah, it is not a blood guys job to clear evidence, it would be so far down on the list of things to do in the world of police, it would NEVER have been done, a ruined building, condemmed? NEVER, and earlier the same day she was worried because he had been in the ocean all night, and today his kid is nearly killed and she sends him on this job? Oh, you can hear the police force laughing! It was all so stupid, and if you believe it, you are giving Scott Buck exactly what he believes, that we are stupid enough to have bought it.

Well, I didn't. And now they wrote themselves into a two season ending! This one is a write off! The actual END end? Will they care to make us happy? Will Dexter get away or die? They have said many times they didn't want him going to jail. Because JC has said that the 'romance' will be over fast, seeing someone stab someone in the chest trumps love, were her words. So they won't be running off together. Will Dexter realize he has compromised his sister too much and run away? After all, he has the instincts of a professional forensics guy and would know how to cover his tracks, oh boy, bad dialogue that made people who waited all day to see the clip laugh so hard you could barely hear it! People magazine is written for a Grade 8 reading level, most TV is 8-10 and what we think is smart tv is Grade 12. This is a fact people. I have taught English and written textbooks for 22 years.Scott Buck makes me sick! He dumbed the show down to where it became a joke and he has a lot of work to do, he was frankly quite surprised that people were laughing as hard as they were at the opening, the most suspenseful moment on Dexter to date. He better be getting help from people who have more respect for the audience and give us an ending that resembles the show we have been watching all these years! Not that he cares... but he has a career to save! This show was for the smarter viewers who wanted something better on cable. Where, oh where, did the real Dexter go?

    1. G'day mate. That's very hard to read. I keep getting lost in the middle.

    2. It shouldn't be so hard to read, since the poster claims to be an English teacher with 22 textbooks under his/her belt!!!!!

Oh wait, that was made up like every other damn thing in the post.

    3. I always hated Youtube for limiting posts to 500 characters.

      Hated. Past tense.

    4. I hate it when people nitpick about things they probably don't even care about themselves...

    5. 1:49

Aside from most of the key points in the post being preposterous falsehoods, you fail to understand that the name "tooth fairy" was a deliberate "homage" to the novel "Red Dragon", you also missed out on the fact that Jeff Lindsay's original story and James Manos Jr's original Screenplay was obviously inspired by Manhunter/Red Dragon and the entire series since the first season has been full of references and homages to the Thomas Harris novels!

We have also already debunked the whole "they were none to happy about the reaction of the crowd" bullshit story. We did not see their reactions because the panel was BACKSTAGE waiting to be introduced! OOOPS! Doesn't it suck when you are caught in a lie?

Finally, do you honestly believe that Jennifer was going to give correct and definitive spoilers about Debra's feelings going forward into the season?

Of course she buries those feelings in the immediate future, that's so obvious, but we already have a promise from the producers and writers that she will return to them and they will be "explored" later in the season! Sara Colleton has said that feelings like this "just don't go away" and you know what? Sara has always been, in my opinion, one of the main driving forces behind this show - her ideas and her viewpoints on these characters are absolutely taken seriously by the writers and executives... she has so much input that she actually choreographed the damn fight scene between Doakes and Dexter in "Born Free"! I have no doubt that everyone from Clyde Phillips to Chip Johannesson to Scott Buck asks her blessing before they make any final decision. In fact it would not surprise one damn bit if she was the true boss "behind the scenes" - she has a very strong personality and speaks with authority.

It is time 1:48/1:49 to stop plagiarizing other fans and critics on the internet, assimilating half truths or incorrect information, or simply falsifying/making up information from sources that don't exist in order to run your little hate campaign against the producers of Dexter.

The producers of Dexter didn't say they don't give a shit about the viewing public, what they said, is that they are not going to let fans dictate storylines.

      That sounds reasonable to me.

If the show is eating at you this much, perhaps you should leave it behind. I mean if it really is "this stupid" and a joke to you, then say (as Harrison would) "die die"... and go watch something else. Seriously.
