As preparations for the second season of Dexter: Resurrection continue, the same goes for Michael C. Hall’s synth-pop and alternative rock band Princess Goes. The band is set to release its third album, 3, on October 30, meaning two major projects directly connected to Hall will arrive on the very same day.
And as we get closer to the album’s release, Princess Goes continues to drop new singles on YouTube and other music platforms, giving fans a taste of what is coming. Now, it’s time for another one.
More specifically, Princess Goes, featuring Michael C. Hall on vocals, Matt Katz-Bohen on keyboards and bass, and Peter Yanowitz on drums and programming, has released a brand-new single from the upcoming album. Titled “Heart 2 Heart,” it is the fourth single released from 3 and actually carries the familiar sound and energy that fans have come to love from the band.
The three previous singles from the upcoming album were “Stranger,” “Sincere Chroma,” and “French Kiss.” And with all four tracks now out, there’s already a lot for fans to enjoy while waiting for the full album.
There’s also an interesting connection for Dexter fans. Since 3 is being released on the exact same day that Dexter: Resurrection Season 2 premieres, it certainly wouldn’t be surprising to hear one of Princess Goes’ new songs featured somewhere in the upcoming season.
