A look at newly released photos, taken during the second week of the sequel's production.
A new week of production for Dexter: Resurrection kicks off tomorrow, marking the fifth consecutive week of filming. It's been an exciting and eventful time for Dexter fans, with weekly episodes of Dexter: Original Sin keeping audiences engaged while fresh updates continue to emerge from the set of the highly anticipated sequel, Dexter: Resurrection. Set in New York City, this new chapter promises thrilling developments in Dexter Morgan's story.
Last week's photos of Michael C. Hall, James Remar, and Jack Alcott filming in downtown Manhattan quickly went viral, sparking excitement among fans. These images suggest that Dexter's new journey begins in an entirely fresh setting—the iconic Big Apple.
While the Manhattan set photos were taken on Monday, January 27, new images (courtesy of TikTok user reeses774) have surfaced from an earlier scene reportedly filmed between January 13 and 15. This location bears a resemblance to Iron Lake but is not the same filming site that previously stood in for Shelburne Falls, MA. Instead, this scene was shot on the outskirts of the New York area.
One of the most intriguing aspects of these new images is Michael C. Hall's outfit. He is seen wearing a robe, a black t-shirt with the "Seneca Nation Clinic" logo, cargo military pants, and camel-colored boots.
Stay tuned for more updates, set photos, and behind-the-scenes insights from Dexter: Resurrection as production continues!
