The Cast of Dexter: Original Sin Enjoys Some Fun Between Takes During Night Shoots — Video

It's no secret that the cast of Dexter: Original Sin shares great chemistry.

With less than two months to go until Dexter: Original Sin premieres on Paramount+ with Showtime, excitement is building. Filming for the prequel, which explores Dexter's transition from student to avenging serial killer, is set to wrap in late November. Production remains in full swing this week, with the cast and crew pulling off intense 10+ hour shooting days.

Despite the demanding schedule, the cast of the Dexter prequel appears to be enjoying themselves behind the scenes. A recent example comes from co-star Reno Wilson, who plays Bobby Watt, a new Miami Metro character. Earlier today, he shared a fun reel on his Instagram, featuring castmates Sarah Michelle Gellar, Patrick Gibson, Alex Shimizu, and James Martinez at CBS Radford Studios.

In the video, the actors are seen in costume, relaxing and having fun between takes. Sarah Michelle Gellar is shown playfully mixing an alcohol-free drink with a hand-mixer, while Patrick Gibson attempts the popular challenge of "bottle flipping" — tossing a plastic bottle in the air and trying to land it upright. When he succeeds, the cast's reaction is priceless!
