The Dress = not so much

That's her second major fashion faux paux in the last few weeks. What's up with this, she used to be one of the sharpest dressers around. Now it's pasted on green plastic stuff and wide shoulder straps, ugh, women should never choose a dress with wide shoulder straps unless they are older than 65 or heavier than 140 lbs Someone needs to have a serious conversation with her personal assistant / fashion adviser.
