      Getting a tattoo just because your much younger gf has some?! (rolls eyes)

      If that's true, it's a bit... I'm not going to say it.

      Not that this is Dexter related AT ALL but I wouldn't have thought it would be advisable for professional actors to get tattoos but I have no idea how the industry works and if it affects your employability! Maybe at his level, it ceases to be an issue. And it is only his foot (if that is indeed a tattoo at all). Plus it's normally something you start to do in your 20s, generally speaking. So a sudden interest in it now is a bit odd to me. But ultimately I really don't care. Other than I know some older people who now totally regret getting tattoos because they just don't look good when you age. That's their view, not mine!

      The fact that none of his tops seem to be ironed makes me smile. Just thought I'd throw that useless observation in there.

      Anon 12:20, I keep seeing candid pics of Michael with these LA tattoo artists. One is with Dan Smith, another with Swagg Ink's Booboo. Both amazing tattooists, both have blogs/websites.

    Trying to decide which is more boring, this vague little dissociative bit of Dexter related material, or the crummy Breaking Bad episode tonight where nothing happened aside from Skyler pretending to be Nancy Botwin from S3 of Weeds.

      Don't bad mouth Breaking Bad, even if it was a bit slower than last three episodes it was better than some episodes from slow first halfs of seasons 3/4 and since this is Dexter fan site all of Dexter since I Had A Dream in Season 3...(yeah, yeah not big fan of Season 4 I know)

      Oh I will criticize it if I want. I know it's the "cool kids show" right now, and everyone between 16 and 30 thinks it's perfect, but it's not some fucking sacred cow, nor is it as "tight" as some people think.

      When it's great, it's really great, but there are always a few episodes per season that just draaaaag and it's always centered on some character "going through" something. Last year the all week "120dB with every tweeker in town yet no police show up" party at Pinkman's house was borderline retarded. This season it's Skyler wandering around in daze. Hey Skyler, if Hank can get shot full of bullets, end up partially paralyzed, go through fucking 2 weeks of physical therapy, and be up running around again in a few months (ROFLMAO) or Walt can go through radiation and chemo and have part of his lung cut out and be back to full strength in just a few weeks, and after 8 or 9 months show absolutely NO SIGNS of ever having cancer, then you can get past your emotional trauma in about 5 minutes!

      Love the show, but it's always been prone to time compression issues as well as "melodrama". The time issue is getting so bad that the 16 year old boy is going to have to start using Grecian formula to hide his gray hair. =P

      But at least they can keep changing out babies to keep that realistic!

    Zooming in on my cell phone makes it look like lint from the jeans but it is noticeably under the sandal which would make it hard for lint to stay like that. It also looks like a heart zoomed in but I am not jumping to any conclusions

    It's a tattoo. The top of his right foot is covered in them and he got them with his girlfriend in Silverlake. I saw them at the tattoo place, this was a couple months ago. They got matching ones (corny!!)!
