Who's Jason Gedrick, the New Cast Member of Dexter Season 7
Via: wikipedia: Jason Gedrick (born Jason Michael Gedroic on February 7, 1965, in Chicago, Illinois) is an American actor best known for his work on the television series Murder One and Boomtown and the motion picture Iron Eagle.
Gedrick began his career as an extra in films such as Bad Boys (1983) and Risky Business (1983). After roles in The Heavenly Kid (1985), Iron Eagle (1986), Promised Land (1987) with director Michael Hoffman, Iron Eagle II (1988 in an uncredited role for the first few minutes of the movie), Born on the Fourth of July (1989), Backdraft (1991), and Crossing the Bridge (1992), Gedrick appeared in television series such as Class of '96 (1993) and Sweet Justice (1994).
In 1994, Gedrick starred in the film The Force with Yasmine Bleeth and Kim Delaney.
Gedrick's big break was in Steven Bochco's innovative 1995 series Murder One. The series followed the trial of Gedrick's character, bad-boy actor Neil Avedon, alleged to have murdered a 15-year-old girl. The series—which also starred such talent as Daniel Benzali, Patricia Clarkson, Mary McCormack, Dylan Baker, and Stanley Tucci—was a runaway success. Due to this, a second season was commissioned. Due to network concerns, the new season featured several small cases rather than one big one. Anthony LaPaglia stepped in to replace the cast such as Benzali, Tucci and Gedrick, who had left, and the series was canceled midway through its second season. Read more after the jump below...

Michael C. Hall on YouTube's Lifetime-Like Channel
'Dexter' star Michael C. Hall is one of the actors included on YouTube's Lifetime-Like channel, named 'Wigs'. For the first time, YouTube is about to launch an entertainment network with real programming and real stars. The WIGS channel is being debuted today by Hollywood filmmakers on Avnet and Rodrigo Garcia at Google’s Brandcast event today in New York. WIGS is described as “a digital channel featuting original series and short films exploring female characters. The name actors already involved include Virginia Madsen, Stephen Moyer, Caitlin Gerard, Jennifer Garner, Alfred Molina, Julia Stiles, Sarah Paulson, and Jeanne Tripplehorn appear in the first three series. Directors include Betty Thomas, Paul Brickman, Lesli Linka Glatter, Walter Salles, and Amy Lippman.” Basically, it’s Lifetime, on your computer. So this part of YouTube’s big new rollout of channels with plenty more to come. The question is, Will people watch their computer screens instead of their big screen TVs. They’re already doing it with NetFlix. But the success of original programming on the internet would be like an earthquake for network TV. Read the rest of the article here.
Julie Benz Ties the Knot!
Via E!Online.com: Julie Benz is officially a married woman! Benz's rep confirms to E! News that the former Dexter star walked down the aisle with her marketing exec boyfriend Rich Orosco on Saturday in front of family and friends.

(It's the second time around for Benz, who was previously married to actor John Kassir from 1998-2007.) Benz and Orosco's Cinco de Mayo wedding date sure fits in with his Mexican-themed proposal.
