Watch the Full Dexter: Resurrection Panel from CCXP Mexico 2025

Footage from Dexter: Resurrection's second CCXP 2025 panel finally emerges.

Better late than never! After several days of anticipation, footage from the second "Dexter: Resurrection" panel at Comic Con Experience (CCXP) 2025 in Mexico City has finally surfaced online. While it’s not an official recording—rather, a fan-filmed video from one of the many enthusiastic attendees—it still gives Dexter fans a welcome glimpse into the discussion featuring Michael C. Hall, David Zayas, Scott Reynolds, and Clyde Phillips.

Although this panel didn’t deliver as many revelations as the main event at the Thunder Stage (attended by 3,000 people and featuring an exclusive sneak peek of the Dexter-Batista reunion at the hospital), it remains a fun watch. Unfortunately, due to recording restrictions during that primary panel, no footage has been made publicly available from that session.

This secondary panel, hosted by Omelete, took place shortly afterward and focused on how Dexter: Resurrection aims to feel both fresh and relevant in today’s TV landscape. When asked how the series keeps its edge, Michael C. Hall shared that Dexter’s move to New York City represents a complete rebirth: “It’s just like he’s been reborn. He has a second chance at life. He discovered that life isn’t done with him—and he’s not done with it.”

David Zayas also opened up about his return to the franchise: “It was a Zoom call, and as soon as I realized what was happening, I was like, ‘Wait a minute… could this be?’ I don’t even think I let them finish asking the question—I said yes immediately.”

Watch the full panel below – the audio might not be perfect, but for fans hungry for anything Dexter-related, it’s a treat worth checking out!
