Today, the action unfolds in one of New York City’s busiest and most iconic locations—Times Square. Currently, the production is filming Episode 4 of Season 1, and this week has been packed with thrilling set content. Earlier in the week, filming took place in Central Park, where Uma Thurman and Krysten Ritter were spotted. With such high-profile actors on set, it was inevitable that the crew would take extra measures to shield them from photographers.
In a surprising twist, Showtime has announced a major new casting addition—Neil Patrick Harris. Best known for his role as Barney Stinson on CBS’s How I Met Your Mother, Harris is the latest big name to join the Dexter universe.
What’s even more intriguing is that, at the very moment his role was revealed, Harris was already on set filming alongside Michael C. Hall. For his guest-starring role as Lowell in Dexter: Resurrection, Harris has undergone a noticeable transformation. He was spotted wearing a wig eerily similar to Dexter Morgan’s hairstyle from Season 4 and early Season 5—sparking speculation among fans about his character’s connection to Dexter.
