Deb finally dies!? Please!?
ReplyDeleteWhat link?
ReplyDeleteOMG, what to say. I think it might be related to all the religious stuff, like a moral lesson ...
ReplyDeleteDoomsday killers wanted to show the apocalypse. Dexter catches them and show them how the world really ends. Lol.
ReplyDeleteIt's also from the Hollow Men by TS Eliot. "This is the way the world ends. Not with a bang but a whimper."
ReplyDeleteI don't think it means that much. It just relates to the "doomsday" plot. No big reveal for Dexter. Deb doesn't die.
ReplyDeletewhere is the link?
ReplyDeletethe link for what dummy open ur eyes omg bunch of idiots on here
ReplyDeleteI think that Dexter's secret world ends with it being a secret only to him since Deb is going to know it as well.
ReplyDeleteIt destroyed me xD
ReplyDeleteI don't understand why Debra would die. She's way too vital for the show. The title is just a reference to the religious themes of the show.
ReplyDeleteHopefully this is the episode where Dexter's secret is let out. But if that's the case, would that mean there's no seventh season?
ReplyDeleteAnd I agree with the poster above. Deb's not going anywhere. Anyone who thinks that she should be gone are the type of people who only watch the show for no other reason than to see blood, violence and the occasional sex rather than explorations of morals and the human condition.
i really think that this title reall means more than simply the religious overtone of the show. I have a feelign that this season's big bad arc will be solved several episodes b4 the finale and therefore this title refers to something really dynamic happening that wll forver change the show....and that means that the evil duo were proven wrong and this terrible event(not sure what my prediction is yet) is REALLY "how the world ends"
ReplyDeleteEnd of the world for Dexter? No season seven deal signed yet!!! Can't wait to watch it.
ReplyDeleteI believe the doomsday killer or another big bad try to start some kind of "apocalypse". Maybe an act of terrorism in miami, e.g. a biological or nuclear attack that dexter has to stop last minute... But on the other hand , that seems quite over the top, don't you think?
ReplyDeleteIt has to end with Dexter being found out for what he really is. That is the only way that the show could go out with what it started with.. greatness. I'm a huge Dexter fan and would hate to have hime get caught but they have done, i think, all they can do, short of playing through him getting caught and everyone finally seeing him for who and what he really is... The Bay Harbor Butcher! (Not Sgt.Doakes). I really want to see how everyone Family, Friends and Co-Workers react when they finally find out who he really is... I think that would be a great ending to a great show. If they continue pushing the show itz gonna get cold and people are gonna quit watching. I'm sure alot quit watch after Season 5 which most people including myself found horrible and not a good evolution for the character. Deb should find him first i feel, so they can play through the whole drama of whether Deb should turn him in or not. Hopefully they do it soon because we all know he can't go on forever, and after seeing the "Tooth Fairy" I don't think he wantz to.
ReplyDeleteDextergrBlog staff, you are killin me with all these spoilers! Lol. Im trying to stay away but I had to check this one out. Thanks for are your work... The titles have been great this season and the title change for the finale is awesome. We all know Show and MCH were trying to work out a deal so this cant be end of the show. Or can it? So in Season 2 (I think, correct me if Im wrong) Dex is talking about the 'Electric Chair' b/c he is realzing that he may be getting caught. So, maybe this is the season his secret is revealed. Dexters world ends, does that mean Deb finds out? or is it Bro Sam? Man I cant wait!
ReplyDeleteYou don't cancel a show when it is in a season where there are more viewers then ever! MCH is the King of SHOWTIME!! It is a huge hit!! He is doing exactly what he should be, bargaining hard at the table for a two year extension to his contract, this show is FAR from over - no way!!!!
ReplyDeleteI think a lot of people had speculated about Deb for several reasons - and not just for blood factor --- (a) she's moved on and really not with the detectives (b) she has been starting to do more TV work on other shows and a number of movie in production and scheduled for production. I think at somepoint, Dexter will find himself alone.. no Debra, no Harrison ... maybe, maybe not.
ReplyDeleteThey absolutely need each other - no way - Deb is in it until the end, she is very much with the detectives, they just gave her a promotion which gives them more to write about for her than love life that keeps crashing and burning! They ALL do other work, including MCH doing Broadway this year, this show with Dexter alone, they didn't even carry on without his Dad! He needs his family to make him seem real, he needs to be a Dad so they have a Dad context to put him in and that also keeps him out of endless girlfriend stories.... no no no, his family stays, I think Harry is the returning familiar face - we never saw him commit suicide, did we?
ReplyDeleteEpisode Six "Just Let Go"
ReplyDeleteDex is visited by someone he thought to believe gone for good. Quinn becomes suspicious of Dexter after he does some strange things at the station.
Episode Seven "Nebraska"
Deb thinks it's best for Dexter to go on a little holiday to where ever sees fit, after him acting out over the death of Brother Sam. Dexter and his Dark Passenger head to Nebraska due to speculation of Jonah Mitchell leaving protection looking for Kyle Butler
Episode Eight "Sins Of Omission"
Travis and Gellar finally reveal to the world "The Whore Of Babylon" and begin to move onto the final killings. Dexter returns to Miami to find out his apartment has been ransacked. Jamie acts oddly towards Dexter and her and Deb fight again. Dexter, overwhelmed by his Dark Passenger, kills Jamie
Episode Nine "Get Gellar"
A missing Dexter turns to Travis to help him stop Gellar. Batista is hit hard with Jamie's disappearence, and attempts searching for her. Quinn helps Batista but they come up empty handed and Quinn snags some Coke, which they both try
Episode Ten "Richochet Rabbit"
Dexter finally gets Gellar and his Dark Passenger attempts to get Travis as well. But Dexter fights it and Travis flees town swearing he'll never tell a soul. Deb and Laguerta get into a fight, and Deb drops out of her Lt. Ranking. A Coked up Batista is fired and he blames it on Quinn. Dexter discovers Quinn murder Gellar's teaching assistant and has to make an earth shattering desicion
Episode Eleven "Take To The Hand"
Quinn quits the police force and tries to leave town. Dexter is right on his tail. After getting Quinn, he let's Batista in on his secret, but Batista says no, and doesn't kill Quinn. Batista calls in the situation and Dexter gets Batista on his table as well
Episode Twelve "This Is The Way To World Ends"
Dexter races against time, and His Dark Passenger to kill Batista and Quinn. He decides killing Quinn is the right thing to do. Debra, emotionally Distraught over her brother's secret life, attempts to keep it together while raiding where Batista said they were to. Batista pleds to Dexter not to kill him, and Dexter finally fights his Dark Passenger for good. When he unwraps Batista, Batista makes the arrest as the other cops enter the room. Deb breaks down. We flash ahead a few months, to see Batista as the Lt, Matsuka and Deb get together, Matthews retiring. The new guy goes back home. Anton returns to see Deb but Deb has moved on, and so does he. Lumen is present during Dexter's chair scene
What about Harrison. I can't take it if they kill him.
ReplyDeletePee Wee Herman and the Ninja turtles join forces with Aquman and Xena warrior. They get Million dollar man and Man from U.N.C.L.E. Archie Bunker kills everyone and then Kank from Corner Gas blow up the world.
ReplyDeleteDon't read if you plan on watching the finale...
ReplyDelete1. Travis kills Jamie and abducts Harrison
2. Deb and Dexter kiss again (this time for real not in a dream)
3. Harrison gets killed (sad and tragic)
4. Dex kills Travis in front of Deb
5. Deb connects the dots
...ends in an "open-ended" way in case there's season 7th but in cases there isn't one, the show will still have a solid closure.
Get ready guys!
Deb will take the dark passenger out of Dexter, in bed.
ReplyDeleteandy they will live happily ever after.
Plz don't kill Harrison, Jamie or Deb!!! I'd be hartbroken:-(
ReplyDeletethe new intern shows dexter his game and the bay harbour butcher is dexter's doppleganger. dexter then kills the intern. that would be good.
