Lights, camera, action! Filming has begun in Shelburne Falls.

Yesterday
April 6, was the first day of shooting in the little town of
Shelburne Falls, Massachusetts. Dexter's new season will be set around December, so after weeks of preparations by the production crew, the village became a... Christmas wonderland. Considering we're already in the beginning of spring and (real) snow was nowhere to be seen in the area, the scenic artists added faux snow in the streets of Shelburne Falls.
Filming kicked off on Tuesday afternoon with locals and fans watching production and technical crews at work. In our article's first pic you can see a Steadicam Operator getting ready to film a scene insinde a local mini-market.
