Consider Deb shooting El Sapo her rock bottom, through which Vogel will help her. "It's when her PTSD is at the worst and it's what makes her realize that she is in desperate need of help," executive producer Sara Colleton tells TVGuide. "Vogel steps in to say, 'Dexter can't deal with this; let me help.'" But her turnaround will be slow; don't expect a bright-and-shiny Deb any time soon.
