Dexter quickly responds that he has saved the seats for his friends, who are chatting with the owner at the time. The man leaves, and we see Dexter reflecting on the fact that he now has friends. Though the man appears briefly, lasting only a moment on screen, many fans believe he bears a striking resemblance to Dexter's biological brother, so it might be actually him.

So, who is this actor? His name is Roby Attal, a 26-year-old (three years younger than Patrick Gibson), even though Brian is supposed to be a couple of years older. One of his most recent roles was in The Haunting of Bly Manor, and after digging through his IMDb credits, it's curious that his name is listed, but his role in the episode is left blank. This omission raises suspicions and further fuels the theory that his character may be more than just a random extra.
