"Q: Was it here? In the chapel of the vacant hospital that we were using as a green room where Jack Alcott (Harrison) starting plotting the end for Dexter?
A: Nope! We'd shot that already!"
The game-changing moment between Dexter and Harrison out in the woods of Iron Lake was filmed very early on, during the third week of production!
