Apart from the New England Studios, Dexter is also filming in Westford, a town in the Middlesex county, Massachusetts as well this week. 

Yesterday, director Marcos Siega shared a set pic of him and cinematographer Hillary Spera between takes, while they were both pretending they have superpowers. It's totally unclear what this building is, perhaps a hotel or... a hospital. See one more image below!
